Kerry Announces 'Dual Track' Senate Climate Bill

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009, 6:40 PM ET) -- In an effort to bring businesses and Republicans back to the negotiating table on U.S. Senate climate change legislation, Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., said Wednesday he will team with Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., to draft a new bill capable of attracting 60 Senate votes.
