Cincinnati Workers Granted Class Cert. In Anthem Suit

Law360, New York (November 05, 2009, 2:16 PM ET) -- Current and former city of Cincinnati employees who were members of Anthem Insurance Cos. Inc. have won conditional class certification in a suit alleging that the mutual insurance company improperly handed their shares, worth about $55 million, to the city when the insurer demutualized.
