Claims Tossed In Whirlpool Washer MDL

Law360, New York (November 05, 2009, 3:22 PM ET) -- A federal judge has tossed counts of unjust enrichment and certain breach of implied warranty claims against appliance maker Whirlpool Corp. in a products liability multidistrict litigation related to the company's front-loading washers.
