Law360, New York (November 05, 2009, 5:06 PM ET) -- Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. announced Thursday that it would take on a controlling stake in the Travel Channel, home to television shows including “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations” and “Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern,” as part of a leveraged joint venture with Cox Communications Inc. valuing the network at around $975 million.
