ComVest Loses Bid To Toss WARN Action

Law360, New York (November 05, 2009, 2:26 PM ET) -- A federal judge has nixed a request by ComVest Investment Partners LLC to dismiss a lawsuit stemming from a layoff at a subsidiary, rejecting the private equity firm's argument that the plaintiffs failed to clear the necessary pleading hurdles.
