Infosint Seeks $43M Damages In Citalopram Suit

Law360, New York (November 6, 2009, 1:17 PM EST) -- Infosint SA has asked a judge to increase a $15 million reasonable royalty award that a jury issued for Lundbeck A/S and Forest Laboratories Inc.'s alleged infringement of a patent for making the antidepressant citalopram, arguing that it should receive additional damages and interest totaling almost $43 million.
