HBO Demands $6.4M From Charter For Affiliate Deals

Law360, New York (November 5, 2009, 7:05 PM EST) -- Home Box Office is seeking cure amounts adding up to $6.4 million for unpaid affiliation agreements it held with bankrupt Charter Communications Inc., rejecting the cable provider's plan to offer HBO nothing for Charter's long-standing debt under its Chapter 11 reorganization plan.
