Skype Founders, EBay Resolve Dispute Over Sale

Law360, New York (November 6, 2009, 2:37 PM EST) -- The founders of Skype Ltd. have laid down their swords in a battle over eBay Inc.'s $2.75 billion sale of the majority of Skype to a group of private investors, agreeing to drop an intellectual property suit and other litigation in exchange for a stake in the Internet telephony company.
