Mich. Firm Wins Partial Dismissal In $36M Fee Fight

Law360, New York (November 06, 2009, 4:09 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed large swaths of a sealed lawsuit brought by beneficiaries of the Michigan-based Iron Workers Local 25 Pension Fund that seeks, among other things, to dissolve a fee agreement between the fund and law firm Sullivan Ward Asher & Patton PC worth $36 million.
