6th Circ. Nixes Plastics Co.'s Antitrust Defense Bid

Law360, New York (November 09, 2009, 3:58 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of Ferro Corp.'s suit against a former affiliate of a rival plastics company it purchased, rejecting Ferro's bid for legal defense and indemnification for litigation over alleged price-fixing in the plastics additives industry.
