Tyson Workers In 2 FLSA Suits Win Conditional Cert.

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 3:12 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted conditional certification for two of nearly a dozen suits brought by Tyson Foods Inc. workers accusing the factory of failing to pay them for time spent donning and doffing compulsory safety gear.
