Insurers Appeal $3.4M CSX Award Over Katrina Damage

Law360, New York (November 09, 2009, 12:38 PM ET) -- Several insurers of CSX Corp. — including American Re-Insurance Co., Hartford Fire Insurance Co. and Faraday Capital Ltd. — are appealing a lower court's order to reimburse the railroad operator for $3.4 million it spent to replace two locomotives destroyed during Hurricane Katrina.
