Couple Appeals Greenberg, DVF Search Suit Dismissal

Law360, New York (November 09, 2009, 12:31 PM ET) -- A couple who accused Greenberg Traurig LLP and the firm’s fashion label client Diane Von Furstenberg Studio of abusing their search warrant privileges in connection with a counterfeiting case are appealing the case's dismissal.

Catherine and Richard Snyder filed a notice of appeal Friday to challenge an October ruling dismissing the case from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
