Celexa, Lexapro Deal Covers Civil Claims Only

Law360, New York (November 09, 2009, 3:18 PM ET) -- Forest Laboratories Inc. and the U.S. Department of Justice have struck a deal to settle civil claims stemming from investigations into the marketing of antidepressants Celexa and Lexapro and a hypothyroidism treatment, but the pact does not cover an ongoing probe into possible criminal violations related to the drugs.
