Willkie Regains Atty Who Helped GM, Chrysler Emerge

Law360, New York (November 09, 2009, 4:14 PM ET) -- Attorney Matthew Feldman has rejoined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP after a successful term leading the legal team that helped develop and implement the restructuring and recapitalization of General Motors Corp. and Chrysler LLC.

Serving as chief legal adviser to the Presidential Task Force on the Auto Industry, Feldman was intimately involved in crafting the comprehensive financial solutions that enabled both companies to exit Chapter 11 within the stringent time lines laid out by President Barack Obama.
