Liquor Maker Sues Merchandiser Over Royalties

Law360, New York (November 10, 2009, 1:50 PM EST) -- Premium drink maker Diageo has sued a manufacturer of branded merchandise, claiming the company breached a licensing agreement by not paying royalties for its use of trademarks of popular beverage brands including Guinness and Captain Morgan.
