Michael Vick Can Keep $16.2M Bonus: 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 10, 2009, 6:51 PM EST) -- Michael Vick can keep a $16.2 million bonus, an appeals court has affirmed, rejecting the NFL's bid to overturn an antitrust settlement deal between players and the league that guaranteed the disgraced quarterback's bonus.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit affirmed the judge's denial of the NFL's Rule 60(b) motion to vacate a judgment that Vick doesn't have to forfeit his bonus money.
