Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 1:11 PM ET) -- Plumbing and bathroom products maker Kohler Co. appears to have reached a settlement agreement with rival American Standard Brands, whom it sued for trademark infringement and unfair competition for allegedly copying Kohler's "One" brand of kitchen and bathroom products.
