Judge Corks Winery's Bid For Sanctions In Contract Suit

Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 5:19 PM ET) -- A federal judge has declined to issue sanctions in a breach of contract case over an Italian wine producer's allegedly defective shipment, which distributor Palm Bay International claims cost it $1.7 million due to a scrapped supply agreement with the Olive Garden.
