Jury Awards Pair $6.2M In Age Discrimination Suit
Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 5:59 PM ET) -- A federal jury in Pennsylvania has awarded two former employees of chemical producer PQ Corp. a total of more than $6.2 million, finding that the company willfully violated age discrimination laws when it fired the workers in May 2005 as part of a layoff.
