Judge Tosses Action Over CSX Toxic Train Crash

Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 2:53 PM ET) -- CSX Transportation Inc. has escaped a putative class action brought by a group of Ohio residents that sought the implementation of a medical monitoring program following a train derailment that caused the spill of hazardous chemicals and prompted the evacuation of their town.
