GE Seeks $6M From Exec At Bankrupt Crane Firms

Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 12:39 PM EST) -- General Electric Capital Corp. is asking a federal court to award it nearly $6 million in damages after beefing up its complaint against the head of several crane management companies that defaulted on three promissory notes and a lease agreement.

General Electric filed its first amended complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, saying Kyle Lewis is on the hook for the cash because he personally guaranteed the loans on behalf of his companies, some of which are now bankrupt....
