$110B Returned To Lehman Clients Since May: Trustee

Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 3:30 PM ET) -- Lehman Brothers Inc. has returned more than $110 billion to customers of the failed bank over the past six months as part of “the largest and most complex stockbroker liquidation ever attempted,” according to the trustee supervising the distribution.

The second report on the status of Lehman's ongoing Chapter 11 liquidation, which covered the period of May 30 to Nov. 11, was filed by trustee James W. Giddens in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday.
