Tyson Workers Win Class Cert. In 'Gang Time' Action

Law360, New York (November 13, 2009, 6:12 PM ET) -- A federal judge has certified a class of Tyson Foods Inc. employees who allege that they were not paid for time spent donning and doffing clothing and personal protective gear, cleaning equipment, waiting in line to receive knives, or walking to their production stations.
