J&J Appeals Loss In CIBA Contact Lens Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 2:00 PM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc. is planning to appeal a ruling that upheld the validity of several patents held by rival CIBA Vision Corp. and found that Acuvue Oasys With Hydraclear Plus silicone hydrogel contact lenses infringe two of the patents.
