Streck Appeals Conflicting Patent Board Finding

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 5:45 PM EST) -- Streck Inc. has turned to a federal court to contest the decision of a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office panel, which invalidated the company's patents for substances used to test hematology instruments — the opposite verdict of that determined by a jury in Nebraska several weeks ago.
