Logitech Sued Over Laptop Cooling Pad Patent

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 12:30 PM ET) -- Computer-accessory maker Logitech Inc. has been sued by two other electronics companies that say Logitech's laptop cooling pad infringes their patent.

Hotwire Development LLC and iGo Inc. filed their complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, alleging that Logitech also induced its customers to infringe the patent-in-suit by selling the Logitech Notebook Cooling Pad N100.
