King & Spalding Nabs Troutman Bankruptcy Partner

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 2:38 PM ET) -- King & Spalding LLP has added bankruptcy litigation veteran Harris B. Winsberg, recently of Troutman Sanders LLP, as a partner to the firm's financial restructuring practice group in its Atlanta offices.

King & Spalding announced Friday that Winsberg joined the firm effective Nov. 11 from his former post with Troutman Sanders' bankruptcy practice in Atlanta.

“Harris' addition provides us with additional depth and capacity to handle sophisticated company-side engagements and secured creditor representations,” said Paul Ferdinands, the head of King & Spalding's financial restructuring practice group....
