Google, Authors Guild Seek OK On New Settlement

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 1:05 PM EST) -- In response to antitrust and copyright concerns from the U.S. Department of Justice and a host of other complaints about the original $125 million class action settlement between Google Inc. and authors and publishers groups, the two sides have announced a revised agreement in their dispute over the Google Books online library.
