ATP Tour Appeals Denial Of $17.9M In Fees

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 5:20 PM ET) -- While a federal appeals court reviews the dismissal of three tennis organizations' antitrust case against men's professional tennis association ATP Tour Inc., the defendant has appealed the lower court's refusal to award it more than $17.85 million in attorneys' fees in the case.

Attorneys from Proskauer Rose LLP and Ashby & Geddes PA representing ATP filed notice of the appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
