NLRB Takes Swift Transportation Case To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 6:04 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board is appealing a federal judge's decision to deny its bid to stop trucking giant Swift Transportation Co. Inc. from threatening to fire its employees if they engage in union activities.
