Ex-Mintz Levin, Choate Hall Partners Form New Firm

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 2:54 PM EST) -- Two former partners of Choate Hall & Stewart LLP and Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC have broken away from their respective firms to form a new Boston-based law firm serving emerging growth companies and their investors.
