Trump, Noteholders End Battle For Bankrupt Casino

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 5:16 PM ET) -- Donald and Ivanka Trump have reached a settlement with a committee of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc.'s noteholders, ending the hard-fought power struggle by throwing their support behind the noteholders' reorganization plan.

The committee, composed of holders of 61 percent of Trump Entertainment Resort's 8.5 percent senior secured notes, reported its settlement with Trump and his daughter to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey on Tuesday.
