Court Preliminarily OKs $6M Fund In Ecolab FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2009, 12:30 PM ET) -- A federal judge has preliminarily approved a $6 million settlement that would resolve claims in three Fair Labor Standards Act overtime lawsuits against pest control and sanitation company Ecolab Inc.

Judge Paul A. Crotty of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday signed an order granting preliminary approval to the proposed deal.
