New Google Books Settlement Approved

Law360, New York (November 19, 2009, 7:07 PM ET) -- A federal judge granted preliminary approval Thursday to a revised settlement among Google Inc., the Authors Guild Inc. and publishers that governs the use of copyrighted works displayed on the Google Books online library.
