Hogan-Lovells Merger Info Leaks As Meetings Continue

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 6:42 PM ET) -- An insider report claims that the new firm created by the merger between Hogan & Hartson LLP and Lovells LLP, set to be dubbed Hogan Lovells, will maintain two separate profit pools and two partnerships.

U.K.-based Legalweek leaked details of the proposed partnership Thursday. According to the report, Hogan’s international partners will be absorbed into Lovells, and U.S. partners from Lovells will be assimilated into Hogan’s partnership.
