Weil Gotshal, Other Pros Get OK In Nortek Ch. 11

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 1:12 PM ET) -- NTK Holdings Inc. — the parent company of heating, ventilation and consumer technology manufacturer Nortek Inc. — has received approval to retain Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP and a number of other professionals for its prepackaged bankruptcy case.

On Thursday, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved Nortek’s application to employ Weil Gotshal as attorneys for the debtors.
