Opposing Counsel Disqualified In Sony Scam Case

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 6:31 PM EST) -- Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. has won a bid to disqualify its opponent’s counsel in a suit alleging Sony and its attorneys ran a scam on the plaintiff in a patent dispute over vibrating video game controllers, due to the plaintiff attorney’s previous representation of Sony in related litigation.
