Fair Isaac To Appeal Credit Score Trademark Verdict

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 3:37 PM ET) -- Fair Isaac Corp. has vowed to appeal a jury verdict siding with its rivals, three of the nation's top credit reporting agencies, in a long-running intellectual property and antitrust dispute brought by the company behind the widely used FICO credit score rating over the launch of a competing model.
