Union Steel Fights Dumping Margin For Korea Duties

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 3:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce failed in a recent review to calculate the most accurate dumping margin possible for Union Steel's corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products, or CORE, the South Korea-based company has argued in a suit against the U.S. opposing the duties.

Union Steel filed a reply brief in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday, responding to issues raised by the U.S. government as well as U.S.-based intervenor-defendants Nucor Corp. and U.S. Steel Corp.
