Ex-Atty's Sentencing Delayed In Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 5:38 PM EST) -- A sentencing hearing in New York was delayed Monday for a former Canadian attorney who pled guilty to charges related to a $10 million insider trading scheme involving a Dorsey & Whitney LLP mergers and acquisitions partner, after he was detained at the Canadian border.
