2nd Circ. Kills Petition Against Indian Point Nuclear Co.

Law360, New York (November 24, 2009, 3:59 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission decision to reject a petition to intervene in the license-renewal adjudication of the Indian Point Energy Center nuclear power plant, ending a citizens group's objection to the 20-year extension.
