Comair Flight Attendants Agree To Reduced Contract

Law360, New York (November 15, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Flight attendants for Comair Inc. overwhelmingly ratified a new contract agreement Tuesday, which should allow the Delta Airlines subsidiary to inch closer to its goal of exiting Chapter 11 protection.

The union’s four-year agreement will strengthen job security and cap health insurance payments, said the International Brotherhood of the Teamsters, which represents the union.
