Doc Request Blocked In Madoff Net Equity Fight

Madoff's scandal-wrecked investment firm will not have to turn over documents pertaining to his decision to distribute assets on a cash in/cash out basis rather than on the basis of investors' last account statement prior to Madoff's arrest last year.
