Wrongful Death Suit Over J&J's Remicade Closed

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 12:50 PM EST) -- Finding that the plaintiffs in a products liability case over the Crohn's disease treatment Remicade failed to show the drug was defective, a federal judge has granted summary judgment in favor of Johnson & Johnson and others and closed the case.
