E.C. Bids For Independent Telecom Regulator

Law360, New York (November 16, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Renewing its calls for deregulation of the telecom industry, the European Commission is pushing for a single European telecom regulator to replace the existing system of 25 separate national regulators in a bid to open up the market to competition.
