CIT Approves 2nd Injunction Over Thai Shrimp Duties

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 2:30 PM EST) -- A group of Thai shrimp producers and exporters has won court approval of a preliminary injunction barring the liquidation of frozen warmwater shrimp covered by an anti-dumping duty that the group has challenged as illegal.

Senior Judge Thomas J. Aquilino Jr. of the U.S. Court of International Trade signed off on the Rubicon Group's consent motion for the preliminary injunction on Monday.
