5th Circ. Speeds Up AT&T Appeal Of Pricing Plan TRO

Law360, New York (December 2, 2009, 6:49 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has shot down AT&T Inc.’s bid to stay the enforcement of an order barring the telecommunications giant from implementing an allegedly predatory pricing program on smaller carriers, while making way for an expedited hearing of the company's interlocutory appeal of the order.
