Judge Dumps All Claims In Brother Printer Suit

Law360, New York (December 2, 2009, 5:05 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tentatively dismissed all claims of consumers in a putative class action alleging some Brother International Corp. laser printers fraudulently gave a premature warning to buy new toner cartridges, but she left room for the plaintiffs to replead some of their allegations.
