Adams & Reese, AFG End Conflict Of Interest Dispute

Law360, New York (December 02, 2009, 4:34 PM ET) -- Asset Funding Group LLC and Adams and Reese LLP have called a halt to their dispute over an alleged conflict of interest in A&R's representation of the company during the 2005 bankruptcy and asset sale of Evans Industries Inc.

Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle dismissed the case with prejudice at the parties' request in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana on Nov. 23. He ordered each side to bear its own costs and pay a $500 charge for jury costs.
